TGIF! I hope you’ve had a great week. I can’t believe this is Friday Finds #10 — time flies. If you’ve tried any of the items I recommend, I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
What are Friday Finds?
Friday Finds is a weekly roundup where I share a few notable products related to food, health, and beauty. Some items are ones I’ve personally used and can review from experience; others are on my list to try, and a few are simply interesting discoveries I think are worth sharing.
Think of these posts as a casual, curated selection of practical and enjoyable products chosen with healthy living in mind.
Ready to see this week’s selections? Here we go.
Friday Find #1: Fat Snax Cookies
These keto-friendly cookies are a favorite for anyone who wants a convenient, portion-controlled treat. I mentioned them in my post about keto cookie recipes because they taste great and come individually wrapped, which helps prevent overindulging when a craving strikes.
The chocolate chip Fat Snax cookies contain about 2g net carbs per cookie, while the peanut butter flavor has around 1g net carbs per cookie. You can buy each flavor separately or choose a variety pack that includes chocolate chip, peanut butter, and ginger turmeric. The single-serve packaging makes them handy for packed lunches, travel, or keeping a sensible snack portion at home.
Why I like them: they satisfy a cookie craving without an entire batch disappearing, and the flavors are quite satisfying compared with many low-carb snacks on the market. If you’re watching macros but still want something sweet occasionally, these are worth trying.
Friday Find #2: Eve Hansen Hyaluronic Acid Serum
I picked up this hyaluronic acid serum because I wanted an affordable, well-reviewed option to add moisture and visible plumping to my skincare routine. Hyaluronic acid helps attract and retain moisture in the skin, which can reduce the appearance of fine lines and give your complexion a fresher look.
After using the serum for about a week, I noticed my skin felt softer and looked slightly brighter. It absorbs quickly and hydrates without making my skin feel oily, which is important for my combination skin. I appreciate that it layers well under moisturizer or makeup and doesn’t leave a sticky residue.
If your skin seems a little dull despite good hydration habits, a simple hyaluronic acid serum can be an easy addition to restore some suppleness. I’m continuing to use this one and will update if I notice longer-term changes.
Friday Find #3: Cholesterol Clarity: What the HDL Is Wrong with My Numbers?
This book has been on my reading list for a while, and a member of my Keto Living Facebook group reminded me about it recently. It explains cholesterol numbers in plain, accessible language and addresses common misunderstandings about what test results actually mean.
Rather than getting bogged down in technical jargon, the book focuses on practical interpretation of cholesterol panels and why standard measurements can be misread. If you’re curious about your own bloodwork or want to understand how different markers relate to health risk, this is a clear and helpful resource.
That’s everything for this week’s Friday Finds. If you try any of these products, please leave a comment to share your experience — I read them all and appreciate the feedback!
